Dancefloor Divas

So, after months of planning and preparation it was finally here; The Mr Barber Awards Ball.
The event took place in a huge aircraft hanger at The Imperial War Museum Duxford. We had champagne on arrival standing next to Lancaster Bombers, Tiger Moths and Concorde-a very surreal experience. The main event took place in a beautifully decorated hall with a huge stage and dance floor. We sat down to eat at 7 then the awards were given out followed by a performance by 80's legend Nik Kershaw, followed by the raffle (I won 6 bottles of wine) then the Accelerants. We danced the night away, the band were brilliant and lots and lots of money was raised for charity. A fabulous evening and a huge success for Sam and his team.
