Another Phở

I had some tasty phở for lunch, explored a little bit and in the evening met up with Thuận again, this time for bò né. Afterwards we went to the rooftop bar where we had drinks the first time we met last year. Prices have gone up again (a beer used to be 18,000d, not it's 30,000d) but the views are still great and it's relaxing. One of his friends joined us and we chatted for an hour or so.
