Bare branches

It's always nice to wander round to the other side of my window view and get a new perspective on the trees. It was good to step out from the kitchen, too. Much as I love my kitchen, it doesn't do to spend too much time confined indoors. It is starting to feel a lot like winter out there, which is only right and proper for this time of year. Hurrah for clear blue skies and a break from the persistent grey of recent days.
