A shady front garden

Just waiting for our visitors to arrive.  I've prepped dinner, cleaned windows, hung a picture in the guest room (mine) and tidied up.

As it's Mono Monday and the topic is "Shady" I decided the front garden would do looking towards the sun on the mound.  The extra is of a little froghopper which snuggled down between my fore and middle fingers.  I know it looks odd, but I can assure you that's what it was doing.
