A bit of a fall

Well got to London this morning and on underground going on Victoria line to Vauxhall. Came off train walking towards escalators, no one near me and I fell, very heavily, on the hard floor. Gosh it winded me badly and I thought I heard a crack but I think it might have been my phone on the floor. Anyway underground staff were great, paramedics took me to their ambulance (the blip). They did tests and decided not to take me to a&E and then my colleague took me for lunch.

Home now and feeling rather foolish and somewhat bruised. Got pain management sorted and think it will be stiff and sore but should improve.

What a day! Not a great start to the week.
