Monk's revenge

And it stinks. Its a hard goats cheese that I brought on Hitchin market on Tim's recommendation. He tells me that he ate his block in a single sitting. To try to convey how bad this cheese is, consider this:

It is wrapped in a plastic freezer bag which is inside a sealed Tupperware box which is inside another sealed freezer bag and stored in the fridge. Last night I had some grapes from the fridge and guess what they smelt of, yes, stinky goats cheese. I'm giving it away to Tim, enjoy Tim.
