View from Carlton Hill

Visited the portrait museum this morning, first time I had been there.

Went to one of the free fringe venues to see a play by a new young company. It was very good. The free fringe can be a hit or miss as to whether they are good or not.

Walked up Carlton Hill where I took this shot looking down on the Scottish Parliament building (the one in the background on the left). The white roofed building with spikes on the right is the Dynamic Earth the science centre.

One of my hillwalking friends (a very quiet person). Went on a course for stand up and was doing a gig at a free fringe venue. So went to see it. She was very good.
