Dalmahoy
No. I haven't joined the smart set nor play golf but met B and the Flumlet for coffee after their swimming session.
This imposing building of Dalmahoy appears on Roy's map of 1752, built in 1725 for George Dalrymple, Lord Dalmahoy, a younger son of the Earl of Stair. Designed by architect William Adam (1689–1748) Dalmahoy was sold in 1750 to James Douglas, 14th Earl of Morton, the West front was altered and this porch added in 1830. It is now category A listed.
