Pimms o' Clock

This evening Rhi & I cracked open the wine (then the Pimms) for a bit of dutch courage before, during and after trying to follow one of Mary Berry's recipes.

I don't know if the alcohol made us better bakers or not, but it certainly helped me to care less about the result...!
