Babbling brook!

Took the wee dog for a walk, then my friend came over and we did a 3 mile run and had a catchup, well she talked and I tried to remember to breathe!!!

We visited with J's mum, she doesn't seem any the worse for her ordeal!! A bit scary though!!

Home, grocery shop and visit with dad, home housework and bed! Phew!!
