Time to go home..... PLEASE????!!!!!

Blimey....... what an incredible week! Incredibly hard - incredibly wonderful - incredibly knackering - incredibly incredible!!!

We are striking the site now - a lot of work for my now very tired bones and we only have a handful of helpers left - thank you David and Catherine!

I had to make this photo happen.... Our old orange GS is on the transporter, and, from left to right, our old Ami Cabriolet was here with it's lovely new owners, Rob and Selma from the Netherlands, Dan brought our lovely new ID19 and I came in our rather grubby but functional 4 wheel drive Dyane workhorse! Sadly the Slough-built DS Safari that we used to own wasn't at the rally - it was bought by a collector and I don't think it gets out much these days!

We eventually escaped from the site and travelled in a six-car convoy back to our place. Rob and Selma were the advance party, had been shopping and were already cooking dinner for all 10 of us! What wonderful friends I have!
