Got it SOOOO wrong

I had a reply from Thameslink today about my "feedback" (aka complaint) about their services on the 8th November.

The opening line showed how much (or little attention) had been paid - it was a standard form letter for Southern trains. They hadn't even got the right company.

Not impressed!

Doing a massive catch-up on back blips to try to get up to date.
