I love making beer and rye sourdough bread. It's relatively easy to make, it smell and tastes delicious and beer is involved :-)
I need to plan carefully before making bread. Today morning before going to work and made the dough and in the evening I put it in the oven. It needs at least 12 hours before it can be cut. We will see tomorrow ;-)
