There's not much difference

Back to hospital for transition meeting. It's like going off a cliff from children's to adult's services. In children's you have a consultant that manages most aspects of your child's needs. In adult services you're split around many consultants. They did agree that Big Fish could take in his own 1:1 if he is ever admitted on to an adult ward. It's not something they normally allow :-( Scary stuff but such a miracle we have got here.
