The morning after

The light this morning was so beautiful and so beautifully illuminated the trees at the top of the drive way! Everything seems so washed and fresh. The extra was taken yesterday afternoon as the rain was starting.
Tonight's storms are not so benign as last night's. Our state is always in the bulls eye for tornados, however this is late in the year even for us. As I type, we are watching the news track 2 tornados North and South of us. We are storm veterans and are not afraid, just vigilant. Three dogs and 2 cats are keeping us company in the house. Ha! Horses in barn, chickens buttoned down.
 Please pray for people in our state as we just heard there is some damage North of us and some people trapped in their homes South of us.
