A Bunch Of Keys

Another busy day...don't seem to have had five minutes to sit down.

Car loaded with boxes and rubbish for the tip - called in to collect some more from Mrs madwill's studio. Then on to Wetherby for some supermarket shopping, followed by another shop in Leeds. Home by 12:30 - grabbed a sandwich then out for a walk with Finlay, Back in by 2:30. Off to B&Q to collect more supplies for the studio - home by 4:30. Made a batch of soup then a roast chicken dinner - finally sat down to eat at 7:30.....

Beautiful (if cold) out on the walk. I spotted these seeds (keys) which I thought were sycamore - but now I am not so sure as they are not 'paired'. Don't know if they split like this before falling, or if this a different species (a maple perhaps). 

A bonus fly spotted whilst processing. I did try the same shot from a slightly different angle to separate the seeds from the background twigs - but it wasn't in focus!
