commoooonity cows...

...and staying with the cow theme this is 'Guernsey/Jersey' leading the small but very interesting interesting herd at JH Abrahams Reserve, created by artists and the community.

Her story is the link between the nourishment and security milk historically provided populations' and the term Guernsey/Jersey which also refers to knitwear, jumpers and cardigans, that protected people from the cold.

Behind her are '40 litres' (extra) and yes the decorations are from milk bottle tops!...and Gaia (extra) with her patches of hessian covered seeds and soil just waiting for the watering.

A great event for the city to host and well done LS, Perth's Lord Mayoress,  for bringing another Aus first to our little town!
