A View Of Norton-sub-Hamdon .....

..... from the top of Ham Hill.

Met up with my friend Roger and Carly his golden retriever for a stroll round the top of Ham Hill this morning followed by coffee inThe Prince Of Wales (nobly resisting the real ales straight from the barrel!)

First time we've been able to meet up for a while so it was good to catch up on recent events.

It was extremely cold up there and still a bit misty but this was the view of Norton-sub- Hamdon. Amongst the houses down there is the home of former Liberal Democrat leader, Paddy Ashdown, who was also an active patron of the local school where Roger & I used to teach.

Today was our Wednesday for looking after Sophie, so this afternoo has been spent having fun with her.
