I only wanted Black!

I have been ignoring the warning messages on my printer that one of the colours was getting low as I only ever print in black and white.  Today I tried to print out my bank statement and it refused to do it as the 'Magenta' had finally died.  Quick dash to the shops and I now have cartridges to cover   the remaining spectrum.  I even managed  not to be tempted to buy anything else from the wide range of stationery on offer.
