Darkness

I am back on blip after an unscheduled absence due to problems with my internet connection.  I had to phone BT's helpline, which is a call centre in India, and it has been pretty stressful.  After two days I was eventually passed on to their tech support, which is in this country, and things improved.  They had to send out an engineer today who worked out that it was a problem outside and outwith my control.  I am just glad it's sorted.
