Heron Flight

My friend, Bill, and I went for an outstandingly cool bike ride this morning.

We were actually on a dedicated photographic adventure with bikes as our vehicles.

Bill has a new Canon Rebel T4i with a 17-200 mm lens to get to know.

Along with several other subjects, we enjoyed testing the patience of three different great blue herons.

Following up at the Sweet Life Patisserie for coffee and bagels made the morning complete.

I thought I'd experiment today with a black and white image for a change.
