Kittiwakes

A lovely morning at Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough. Not much sun but hardly a breath of wind. At the edge of the lake some of the water was still frozen and I spotted these Kittiwakes (that's what I think they are) who appeared to be skating on thin ice.
