Thick ice on much of our neighbour's lake today. It was amusing to watch the ducks coping with it. Lots of silly duck walks and the duck in my pic made a very silly landing. It ended up sliding along on the ice on its breast with its tail and feet in the air. I captured it but a pesky bulrush got in the way as I was panning and ruined the shot. :(
