I don't want to jinx it but I think I've worked out this pattern, at last!

Poor Miss S is struggling with an upset stomach at the moment. It doesn't help that she loves her food and she won't stop eating and then cries afterwards when it hurts. Doctors for her tomorrow or a trip to the chemist if we can't get in to see the doctor.
