Catnip Sanctuary

Mother Comfort had a lot in common with Pepsi's new kitty mum, Muff Mentch of Catnip Sanctuary. Both love their kitties dearly and Muff, as Mother Comfort was, is inclined to tell us stories from their kitty's perspectives.

These are scenes from our visit to Catnip Sanctuary today. The purpose of our visit was not to comfort Pepsi...as she doesn't like us any more today than she did last month...but to provide some of her needed supplies and to tell this special lady 'thank you', once again, for loving our feisty little Pepsi as Mother Comfort would want her to do.

In an odd twist of life, we learned today that one of Paul's relatives from another part of the state entirely, learned of this sanctuary long ago through a national publication that did a write up on her, and has been supporting two kitties here ever since. Who could have predicted that one???

Spot Magazine featured Catnip Sanctuary in their August edition. Muff picked a copy up for us from BiMart, so we're enjoying learning more about this lovely Senior lady who is devoted to aging cats.

My favorite part of her kitty world is the picture on the right side that has the outdoor old bed with a canopy over it. The mattress is covered with kitty beds and they love lounging there when it rains. It totally reminded me of Glamping, which I had first read about in a women's magazine. These are spoiled kitties, to be sure!

Upper left...I love the way Muff has displayed her old doll from when she was a kid and the picture of her grandfather. A very cozy corner in the, otherwise, total kitty world.

Muff sends her love and thanks to blip friends who have sent her a bit of help. She says the kitties thank everyone, and especially Pepsi...who really hasn't had enough sense to realize how good she has it yet!
