Day of Eats

Every so often Jen does a 'What I Ate Wednesday' post on her blog. I thought I'd have a go recording all my food from the day. Except mine is on a Thursday!

Quite a few bits to squeeze into one photo. Here's a big list of everything!
- Pre and post workout banana, dates, protein shake
- Breakfast, porridge and omelette
- Advent calendar chocolate
- Work snacks, apple, corn thins, peanuts, banana, orange, kangaroo burger
- Coffee with the full cream milk from the farmers market
- Lunch, red Thai curry
- Home snack, guacamole on rice cakes
- Dinner, bolognese
- Pre bed, bowl of muesli
