We have the three funniest chickens I have ever seen. Gertrude: Suffers from "Mother Hen" where she follows you about if you go in their pen. Minnie: Short term memory loss - she gets stuck on a wall about every hour and can never remember how she got down the last time. And Bessie: she is an escape artist who I have nicknamed "The Bird Woman Of Alcatraz" after "Stroud: The Bird Man Of Alcatraz". Bessie has recently worked out that the door to the house, from the garden, leads you directly into the kitchen. So cooking in peace is not easy if she has escaped...
