Changing face

It's part of the changing face of Romsey . . .  to visit the town's railway heritage signal box you now go through a smart residential development.
When the signal box was moved from the trackside to its permanent heritage home it was in the grounds of an old school.  
The residential development has provided a much more attractive approach to the signal box site, and much suited to the new living museum status of the part of the town's railway heritage.
