It's only Thursday and this week so far I have been delayed on the train every day either to or from work, This morning there was no heating and tonight I'm sitting on the floor again as the train doesn't have enough carriages and is over crowded. It's easy to feel grumpy...

Then you read about Aleppo in the evening news and everything is put into perspective. I'm thankful I have a floor to sit on...
