The Lavender Patch...

Lavenders are bursting into bloom all around Marlborough. I have plants growing in pots at home but I fell in love with the lavender border growing along the edge of the car park at the Art Gallery. I went there for pastel painting this morning. It was our last active painting session for this year. We meet next week for some social time. I am going to miss my lovely fellow pastel painters over the summer break.
