Rydal

A visit to Rydal Water today, followed by a walk up to Rydal Hall.

On the way we called in at Rydal church. This Advent candle ring shows the colours of Advent, with the first purple one having been lit 2 days ago.

(Sorry if you think the Christmas season starts on December 1st, Advent is the 4 Sundays before Christmas so for the majority of years it starts in November)
