A bit of post-Cumbrian blip-blues left me short of ideas.  No convenient robins came anywhere near me (see Technophobes shot).  

While clearing out a room I came across two little tripod lights that came with a light tent I bought some time ago.  At the time I thought they were pretty useless  but actually they are quite good and easier than
flash.

I therefore had a play with some stuff in my study
