Good to bad

Went for a ride on my bike in the sunshine. Rode for miles. Some fast, sone slow. sat in the sun for a wee while before wandering home.

A perfect afternoon.

The evening however, went rapidly downhill when something nasty in my gut caused me to spend far too much time sitting on the loo. Now my friend tells me there are two case of e-coli in Orkney at the moment. Sigh... it would be just my luck!
