My first honey harvest

I learnt a lot about bee-keeping this year mainly by making mistakes but was gratifying to get some honey at the end of the season. Plus the bee colony is a lot stronger so hopefully will get through winter ok. Here is the processed honey. It does taste truly wonderful, nothing like shop bought which is full of chemicals to stop it setting.
