The Bouquetin Hunter
Above the sea of clouds again this morning, the weather was spring-like, but there was not the abundance of female bouquetins and their young as earlier in the week on this hillside. On the northern side of the mountain however, there was a small group of males, gathering for the rut no doubt. The one in extra photos was definitely dicing with death as it displayed its prowess on the cliff face!
Thanks for all the enthusiastic comments etc., for the Crossbill yesterday. He was a 'first' for me so I was particularly pleased.
