The stream........

........wandering through the valley below our village of Mount Hawke, is a marvellous, relaxing feature. Everybody should have a quiet place and this is mine. Constantly varying, it talks quietly to me and I just stand and relax in a few moments (10 - 15 minutes) of, I suppose you might call it meditation.
