Santa Claws?

The more observant of you will have already noticed that this is not a photograph of the Duchess of Sutherland. That fine steam engine was due to haul an excursion train from London to the Christmas market at Lincoln this morning but clearly something went wrong and it was cancelled. Fortunately I found out before I left the house so didn't have a wasted journey but I feel sorry for all those people who were looking forward to a good day out. So instead this is a picture of tonight's meal in preparation. The last time we had lobster was at Mabel's Lobster Claw in Kennebunkport, Maine a few weeks ago. Sadly these two are nowhere near the size we had there but should be rather tasty anyway.
