Birds and humans

We went to see Mum and Dad today and went to the fair at their local shops where there were carol singers, mince pies, mulled wine and various stalls and a very good turn out.

Then back to theirs for lunch and to watch the rugby.  Well done to England after a very shaky start.  The greater spotted woodpecker paid a couple of visits to the garden, and these plus the blue tit were taken through two sets of double glazing and from a distance so they are a bit dull.
