Lacock Abbey

I was inspired to revisit this property by SueMcDine Sandford Sanpshots. We are having a bit of a holiday at home this week with the idea we visit all the places nearbyish that we want to go to but never seem to have the time! I agonised over the choice today but in the end liked this quite iconic and simple image of one of the cloisters. Love the shadows although it could be sharper. I wish I was better technically sometimes.

There was an excellent exhibition of the photographer who accompanies Michael Palin on his travels which bowled me over.
