Finally.......

I got what I wished for - something new and different.

This little butterfly is a Long-tailed pea-blue, never before seen by me in our garden.  So it's a lifer, and according to my butterfly book it is uncommon.

So there you go, everything comes to she who waits.

I'd like to think that it's here because I planted broad beans this year, but I haven't seen any sign of caterpillar activity, so perhaps it's just passing through.

Whatever- it's very exciting.
