Sunday Duckling

Exactly twenty eight days ago I put six Cayuga duck eggs under a broody hen and the first duckling arrived this morning. Jasmine loved holding it for a minute then Grandma returned it to the nest.  Cayuga ducks are black and they're excellent layers.
