Castello di Erice

Wind gust > 45 mph almost blew me off the ledge of a mountain at one point- 2500 feet above sea level. The sound of the wind walking along the walls of the ruins of a medieval castle from the 12th century (Temple of Venus) in the middle of the night was terrifying and exhilarating. One of my most amazing and eerie experiences.
