Brief encounter

... with a rainbow. In nearly five years of blipping, it's only the third time I've managed to catch one. I made bread and gave the kitchen a bit of a clean, then popped out to look for photos. It rained on me very shortly after I took this, so I headed home to read Elizabeth Jane Howard by the fire. Perfect leisurely fireside reading. It's finally beginning to seem a little bit like winter.
