Arnside

We had a lazy day at home with 'christmas' lunch as we won't be seeing No 1 son on Christmas Day this year.  We exchanged presents and I am always delighted when they immediately try on the clothes I have bought.  He also wore the shirt home.  Both sons have already warned me they will tell me when I no longer chose appropriate (i.e. cool) clothes for them.  We obviously haven't got there yet.  Good.

Dropped him off at Oxenholme for his trip south.  A flying visit this time but good and we seem to be getting closer as we both age.  Felt very emotional about letting him go.

Quick nip around to Arnside to capture a sunset which didn't really happen.  Liked the town though.
