Tangled

I took this at a viewing point which looks out on to the Solway Firth.  I rather liked this tangled hedge at the side of the parking bays, the colours at this time of year are more subtle and muted which I like as well.
Life can sometimes feel as tangled as this hedge.  I have a friend who is bipolar and is in hospital at the moment, in another part of Scotland which is a long distance from where I live.  Living in rural communities has its disadvantages when it comes to healthcare because it involves a lot of travel to specialist centres.  It has been difficult trying to keep in touch.
