We also decorated the Christmas tree, but this shot tickled me.

F2 was the o my EF'er who really got into the xmas spirit: helping with the tree; choosing a new decoration (a little bell); singing jingle bells all the way on the walk home carrying the tree; and being an ace helper at decorating. Gosh I adore him at the moment. He's such a kind, thoughtful, gentle and fun young man. I mean, all the kids are amazing (obvs) but he is distinct in his nature in a way I didn't anticipate.
