Grace & Iwan

These two beautiful babes are my niece Grace and nephew Iwan.
I am so proud of them as they are very special as they both have and are going through some tough times.
Grace was oh so little when she was born and struggled to gain weight.....she is so cute and very smart too.
Iwan was born with a heart defect and had major surgery all ready but will be having open heart surgery when he is strong enough.
On Tuesday (21st) Iwan is having a catheter inserted in his coronary artery and inflated so they can increase his blood flow.
Their Mum & Dad are fantastic and they are always in our thoughts.
