Gourmet pizza

Tonight's tea was hand made by me, well except for the pizza base. I'm loving this new oven, but there are so many settings. Gone are the days when you just set the temp. Now it's, fan or no fan, bottom or top heat, or both. Grill light, heavy or mega burny blast, and bloody hell does it get hot, mega hot, if your not careful you get to eat charcoal for tea.
