SURPRISE SURPRISE DAY 2

We walked from the hotel to M's house for breakfast. Lots of "calorie free" pastries!!!
Then we went to stroll around Athens...it was sooo crowded...I wasn't expecting that.
#early birthday meal out in a restaurant in Monastraki with O's Greek family....really lovely food. Not your usual Greek cuisine.
#We went for dessert at a sweet shop where you have to queue to get a table!!!
#in the summer everyone seats outside but now the insides of the restaurants were decorated with indoor gardens.
#this is a dessert share plate.,,think there may have been a few calories in this!!
## then back to M's for a traditional Christmas film afternoon....The Grinch...M and her mum had not seen it before. The language took some translating!!
This evening both O and M came back to the hotel...luckily there were 3 beds in the room.
