Everyman
It was chilly this morning, and I wished I had put on a warmer coat. There was lots to do at work today, but being lunch-less, I braved the cold and the crowds and went in search of a sandwich, then had a walk round the block before I went back to the office.
I didn’t ever really catch up with myself at work today, and was glad to eventually head home for the bus – which was very cold. I then walked a very roundabout route to home, in an effort to increase my step count, without having to go out again later.
At lunchtime I walked past this sculpture which stands outside the Edinburgh City Council Offices on East Market Street. Entitled Everyman, it was designed by Stephan Blakenhol.
